FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
WHAT IS FUNDAMENTALS?
Our Fundamentals Program consists of four classes designed to introduce many of the weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning movements we perform in our daily CrossFit classes.
Our Fundamentals classes are scheduled based on YOUR SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY.
Once all four classes are completed, you’ll get a COMPLIMENTARY WEEK of Unlimited Sessions at no extra cost.
KRISTIE BARNETT
Kristie started CrossFit in September 2012, after discovering the wonderful world of CrossFit while participating in a Warior Dash. Kristie enjoys the friendly competition, the challenge of improving each movement and striving to perform at one’s personal best each day, and the variety of the CrossFit classes.
Kristie joined the Vintage Coaching Team in 2017.
