WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a workout program that combines weightlifting, body-weight movements, and cardio into short, intense workouts. Workouts can be scaled to all fitness and skill levels. All classes are led by an experienced, certified Coach.
Vintage CrossFit focuses on getting you fit so you can enjoy life OUTSIDE THE GYM.
We have worked with athletes aged 13-72 and ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
We follow PRVN Affiliate Programming, designed by Shane Orr and Tia Toomey Orr (6-Times CrossFit Games Champion)

DENNIS SUKHOLUTSKY
Dennis played lacrosse at the University of Texas where he was a four-year starter and earned Academic All-American honors. He learned about CrossFit from a teammate in 2007 and joined a CrossFit affiliate in 2008. He started coaching in 2011 and opened Vintage with two partners in 2013. <br><br>He enjoys travelling with his family. He uses his fitness to help with kids’ sports and extracurricular activities.
