hybrid memberships

WHAT IS A HYBRID MEMBERSHIP?

The Hybrid membership is designed for athletes who desire to LEVEL UP their fitness by adding one-on-one training to our group training. 

Members who take advantage of the hybrid membership will keep their CrossFit membership (Unlimited/4x/3x/2x sessions per week) and you’ll also have a 30-40 minute personal training session every 4 weeks. 

This personal training session will include PERSONALIZED training to help with any specific movements y’all want to improve (ex. Chest to Bar Pull ups, Muscle Ups, Handstand Walks, Snatches). We’ll also discuss training mindset, consistency, nutritional habits, and REALISTIC goal setting.
